We are Atma and Dharma, Irene and Davide, we work as guides to promote self inner work, personal and spiritual growth through therapeutic meditation and medicine music. We are going to be in Denmark for the first time sharing our work.
We are going to be offering a workshop and a music for the soul concert on Saturday 19 of October from 15-20.30h in Holte, Copenhagen.
During the afternoon, we will have two activities:
From 15-17:30h DEEP EMOTIONAL HEALTH WHORKSHOP
We will go through various phases of guided practice. Deep body awareness, conscious breathing, emotional integration, and meditation will open the door to a state of profound listening.
