- FREE furniture from the recycling stations (up to 3 pieces per person).
- Pimp your second-hand furniture with a little help from Danish tiny house expert, Jonas Hagen from småBYG and Grobund. Find him on www.smaabyg.nu and Instagram @smaa_byg (www.instagram.com/smaa_byg).
- Grab FREE food (first come, first served for the first 130 people): indulge in delicious exotic samosas from local company, Multifoods. Get there early to avoid missing out!
- FREE shuttle bus every 40 minutes to the event from the city center - and on the way back, you can bring your furniture in the bus trailer.
WORKSHOPS WITH LOCAL SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES
- Genform: Learn how to upcycle skateboards. At the drop-in workshop you can see examples, hear the story of how to work with upcycling skateboards and get a broader perspective.
- Repair Café Kolding: Become a micro-apprentice and learn sustainable skills like patching a bike tube or replacing plugs and lamp fittings on a cord.
- Huset Fundament's Future Lab: Learn how to grow mushrooms in and on waste materials. Mushroom Cultivation and Mycelium in Design: Explore the fascinating realm of edible mushrooms and discover how to grow them at home. Additionally, gain insight into using mycelium to transform waste resources into sustainable and innovative designs. Workshops at 10.30, 12.00 and 13.30.
- Swap Spot and Hånd & ånd (Nicolai Kultur): Swap your clothes. Bring 2-3 pieces of your old clothes, get them quality-checked and get Swap coins to buy new clothes. Try on your new second-hand clothes in the fitting room and get a stylist to help you find something great.
- Skatkammeret: Check out The Treasury and learn how you, as a student, can get free textiles, plastics, and other materials for your projects.
