If you are new to the Municipality of Høje-Taastrup, join us on a guided tour by bus which will take you through the countryside as well as towns - we believe that we can surprise you!
Do you know that green spaces and countryside cover 2/3 of the areal of the Municipality? And do you know where to find the exciting green spaces and good leisure facilities?
Have you seen the nice villages within the Municipality? And do you know the three towns with railway stations and nice main streets and squares?
We would like to introduce our new residents to this and much more on a guided tour by bus.
The tour will take you to parts of the open countryside and some of the villages among other things. We will pass Hedeland, which is the largest areal of nature within the Municipality where you will find lots of leisure activities.
The tour will also take you to Taastrup, Høje-Taastrup and Hedehusene, and also to the urban development areas called Nærheden and Høje Taastrup C.
Along the way, the Mayor Michael Ziegler will tell you about the places and activities which we pass.
Programme
The tour begins and finishes at the Town Hall. The bus can be boarded at 16:45 and will leave at 17:00 sharp. The bus will return at approx.18:30
When the bus returns, we will serve a bottle of still water and a sandwich, which you can eat there or take back home.
Participation is free of charge, but registration is required. Please note, that children should be old enough to be able to listen and understand.
