*About facilitator: my name is Natalie and I'm a certified Kundalini yoga teacher and Tantra facilitator. My individual spiritual path began 20 years ago with Kundalini practices: working with energy centres - chakras. My approach is to use our own energy as the main powerful source for creation and happiness. And our body is a wonderful instrument with which we can tune into our energy centers, clear ourselves of blocks, release our strength and potential, and achieve ecstatic states.
