Lad os sammen udforske dit potentiale gennem karate! Besøg www.cskk.dk for mere information.

Are you ready to explore your karate skills or take them to the next level? At Charlottenlund Shotokan Karate Club (CSKK), founded by experienced karate instructors Palle and Casper Lech in 2006, you can train Shotokan Karate at all levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you can become a part of a club dedicated to quality karate for all ages.

And now, karate for the very young is a reality at CSKK. Since 2006, CSKK has successfully offered karate training in a fun and playful way for young children in the community. It's a great way to introduce them to an active lifestyle while improving their fine motor skills. The training helps develop children's joy in using their bodies and thereby developing their coordination and balance.

Karate is introduced through lots of play and fun, with exercises and challenges that strengthen attention, concentration, and the ability to understand and execute given instructions. Discipline is a natural part of karate and helps create a safe and secure environment.

Training is tailored to each child's abilities, while also teaching them to consider others. The goal is for your child to find joy in sports, making it an integral part of their active future. Training takes place in the centrally located Kildeskovshallen in a beautiful room with plenty of space for movement and with peers who will become friends.

With a wide range of classes, CSKK offers mini-put, children's, elite, adult, and combo classes, with training available on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. The club's instructors are all highly skilled, with three instructors holding 4th dan in karate.

But that's not all! CSKK has a great relationship with other clubs in Zealand and organizes many exciting annual events and tournaments. The club also has a unique partnership with JKS Honbu Dojo in Japan and regularly welcomes international top instructors.

Palle and Casper Lech, founders of the club, are experienced karate instructors and dedicated to promoting karate as a sport and a way to develop self-strength, confidence, and self-control. So, if you're ready to take the next step in your karate journey, join CSKK today and become a part of a club that offers quality karate for all ages and levels. Visit www.cskk.dk to learn more. Positive development comes with exercise at an early age!
